Bosnian Serbs shell Sarajevo market; NATO bombs Serb targets in retaliation
Article Abstract:
A marketplace in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina was hit by two mortar shells on Aug 28, 1995, killing 37 and wounding more than 80. The same market was the site of a similar attack in Feb 1994. NATO conducted heavy air-strikes against Serb positions Aug 30-31, 1995, in retaliation for the attack.

Bosnia fighting rages as U.N. relief effort grows; Western warships to patrol Adriatic Sea
Article Abstract:
The intensity of the conflict in Bosnia-Herzegovina in Jul 1992 was hindering the UN's effort to send relief supplies to Sarajevo. The Western European Union sent warships to the Adriatic Sea to keep Yugoslavia from breaking the UN trade embargo.
