The warring Serb, Croat and Muslim factions in Bosnia retreated from the cease fire line without incident by the Jan 19, 1996 deadline. However, the scheduled release of prisoners of war did not proceed as planned. A mass grave believed to hold Muslims was discovered near Srebrenica, Bosnia.
