The National Education Center for Women in Business (NECWB), located at Seton Hill College in Greensburg, PA, was founded to increase the number of female entrepreneurs. NECWB plans to offer videos, tapes, books and workshops to women and girls interested in owning their own businesses.

Rebecca J. Maddox founded Compass Rose Corp in Nov 1991 to train and to provide business coaching to women entrepreneurs. Compass Rose will finance the businesses of women who reach specific levels within to company's program.
