Nicole Feely, the chief executive officer of St Vincent's Health in Melbourne, believes that the plenty and exciting jobs as a lawyer, a political adviser and many more, which she has had earlier, helps her in the efficient management of a hospital. Feely says that all her previous years she has spent as an outsider and now in this organization, despite of her not having the know-how about health related aspects, is an insider.
