Coaching and its role in senior management development
Article Abstract:
The efficacy with which organisations and their leaders learn is the key to their success and prosperity. The definition of leadership today is different from that a decade ago and will be different again in five years. The teaching of leadership skills must adapt with changing circumstances, and although some basics may remain constant, the ways in which they are used will change. Coaching is a process that is useful at any level but is especially important for high-fliers.
