Commission charges corruption

A Russian commission investigated government corruption and made charges against VP Alexander Rutskoi and other government officials. Rutskoi allegedly had ties to a Swiss bank account with illegally deposited state funds. Foreign Economic Relations Minister Sergei Glazyev resigned.
