Comparative study of local and transnational enterprises in Taiwan and their implementation of Six Sigma
Article Abstract:
Total quality management (TQM) uses a Six Sigma approach in implementing a quality control procedure to meet the various demands of customers. The implementation of Six Sigma by ten local and nine transnational enterprises in Taiwan was analyzed, and the drivers and obstacles were investigated using SPSS statistical skills.
