Understanding behavioral sources of process variation following enterprise system deployment
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to examine perceived system misfit with organizational processes. Controlled experiments and case study comparisons are used. Findings show that managers and users may retain strong intentions to circumvent systems even when a perceived task-technology misfit is present.
