Connally family rejects exhumation

The family of former Texas Gov Connally refused to agree to the exhumation of his body so that investigators could obtain more information about the assassination of Pres John F. Kennedy. The family was angry over the FBI's handling of the situation.

Judge rejects Pan Am case extraditions

A judge in charge of a Libyan investigation of the bombing of a Pan Am jet in Lockerbie, Scotland, in 1989 has rejected a request for the extradition of two suspects. Libya and France have agreed to cooperate in the investigation of a 1988 bombing.

Judge orders NAFTA environmental impact study
