Crockery manoeuvres spark dirty little war
Article Abstract:
Australian Fine China (AFC) has accused the Australian Army of copying its crockery designs so it could negotiate a cheaper contract with China. The army terminated its 30-year-long contract with AFC in favor of a 38% lower bid from Sirway Asia Pacific. The army, however, allegedly copied AFC designs, which Sirway then used to manufacture the army's crockery.
