The casino comapny Crown is having to deal with a lot of difficult issues including a legal wrangling with the stock exchange. The addition of Tony Hartnell to the board of directors during restructuring shows Crown attempting to boost its legal expertise. Hartnell believes that Crown is caught between the stock exchange disclosure requirements and the Victorian Government's confidentiality laws.
