Deloitte chief hits the ground running with new growth plans

The Australian accounting firm Darcy Kennedy Group restructured its partner top-heavy organization to create a profitable and much-awarded business enterprise. In 1995, Darcy Kennedy had a seven partner-seven professional ratio. In 1999, Darcy has six partners and 17 professionals and has targeted $3.25 million in fees for 1999-2000. The practice will be servicing remote clients via the Internet and satellite dishes in November 1999.
