Article Abstract:
Research indicates that one best team format does not exist for rapid product development, particularly if a project varies in its level of technological complexity. Instead, complex projects were found to benefit from a single, dedicated-team format, while simple projects can benefit from maintaining the same leadership but utilizing the contributions of experts employed part-time on the project.
