Determinants of merger and acquisition in Australian cooperative deposit-taking institutions
Article Abstract:
A study is conducted to examine the determinants of the merger and acquisition (M&A) activity in Australian credit unions. The results indicate that asset size and quality, management ability, earnings, and liquidity are significant influence on the level of M&A.
