Article Abstract:
There have been rapid changes in many organisations in both the private, public and voluntary sectors in the past few years and organisational change must bee seen as a continuous process. The work of internal change agents within local government is examined, through an action research project using action-research and action-learning techniques within a learning laboratory. It looked at the roles, perceptions and learning needs of such agents.
