Entrepreneurial orientation as a basis for classification within a service industry: the case of a retail pharmacy industry

Intangible factors play a critical role in influencing the performance of an organization in the long run and enabling it to have an edge over its competitors. A study of retail pharmaceutical firms recommends using this factor as a basis to classify the service industry.
