Globalization is a game played at the highest level and Australian investors' poor appetite for risk makes foreign listings attractive to small companies. The other stock exchanges around the world, aided by free flow of capital and information, happily market themselves as a place for small stocks with potential knowing they have what the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) lacks -- hungry investors.
