Experimental choice analysis: introduction and overview
Article Abstract:
Experimental design models of choice behavior for econometric and psychometric analysis are previewed. Advances in statistical analysis, modelling, and experimental design have increased interest in experimental choice analysis. However, despite progress in experimental design, a need to continues for an optimum design for multiple choice experiments. For example, task ranking cannot satisfy the conditions necessary for efficient parameter estimates of various choice models.

Shopping center image, consideration, and choice: anchor store contribution
Article Abstract:
A study that investigated the impact of anchor stores and other physical characteristics of shopping centers on shopper's patronage is presented. Shopping centers, with their anchor stores and other physical attributes, create a central image on the consumers' minds. Results indicate further that discount stores and not major department stores that consistently create strong images for shoppers.
