Peta spoofs aim to turn the tide on P&G
Article Abstract:
Procter & Gamble still uses animals in testing some of its products whereas other companies have given up the practice. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (Peta) is taking the tack of product spoofing which gets more attention from consumers than attacking the company in some other way. For instance, there is a promotional Tide sports car that shows up at Nascar race tracks; Peta has a "Died" sports car show up at the same tracks.
