Article Abstract:
The growth of dot.com companies and their management style, which involves constant change and large degrees of organisational flexibility, is challenging traditional business cultures. It is argued that as these new companies and their staff try to deal with uncertain futures, there are many lessons that both the traditional and new sides of the managerial world can learn from each other.
