Government, EZLN agree on agenda

The Mexican government and the EZLN announced on Sep 11, 1995, that they have established ground rules for further peace talks that will be held later in 1995. It was the sixth round of talks between the two groups. In an unofficial plebiscite, voters approved EZLN as a new political party.
