Securities of the healthcare information service industry have fallen in the 3rd qtr of 2001, due to the general market decline and the Sep 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center. However, these stocks are expected to recover in the future as spending on healthcare information increases. Investors must be cautious when evaluating these equities.
