Human systems intervention and the natural step
Article Abstract:
Whistler, a ski resort in Canada, is exerting efforts to become a sustainable community thorugh the use of the Natural Step framework and Human Systems Interventon (HSI). Natural Step Framework is used in analyzing the complexity of sustainable development while HSI helps professionals in managing changes in an organization. Recommendations on collaborating the two approaches are supplied.
