Ideas to increase sales with current customers and prospects

The aim of business is to increase sales by having regular customers and acquiring prospects. This would eventually lead to market expansion given the right idea and techniques. Expansion of business would involve selling the right products and continually appraising such products. Knowing the customers and providing them with efficient service would also ensure the growth of the business. Sound bookkeeping could also aid in the collection of payments and other monetary transactions.

Customer satisfaction does not pay the bills
Article Abstract:
It is found that customer satisfaction does not guarantee customer loyalty, and therefore does not pay the bills. Five principles such as people do business with people, differentiation, value and assurance, effective communication and focus, which could be followed by businesses that would like to create lasting customer loyalty are highlighted.
