Leadership as golf
Article Abstract:
A comparison of golf techniques and marketing management techniques is presented. Golfers who grip golf clubs too loosely usually end up throwing the club. In marketing, managers who practice laissez-faire leadership are at risk of ending up with employees who pursue their own plans rather than contributing to the organization. The need for fundamentals in both golf and marketing is also discussed.
