Links among satisfaction, commitment, and turnover intentions: the moderating effect of experience, gender, and performance
Article Abstract:
The moderating effects of experience, gender and performance on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intentions of sales personnel are studied. Results show that experience and performance have a moderating effect on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. A joint moderator effect of gender and experience on the link between turnover intentions and organizational commitment is also observed.
