Nukes one, public zero
Article Abstract:
The US House of Representatives has allowed one-step licensing for the construction of nuclear power plants. This enables the nuclear industry to build reactors without having the public raise issues on safety during construction. A probable explanation for this act is that the nuclear outcry from various nations is limiting the use of nuclear energy as anenergy source and the nuclear industry needs to preserve itself from dissolution.
