Professor Henry Mintzberg of McGill University, Canada, is advocating revamping of the study content in MBA courses. Professor believes that the present course is unable to equip the prospective chief executive officers with the skills essential for managing the organizations, and that is the reason for failure of a number of these organizations. Industry icons like Rupert Murdoch of The News Corporation could not agree more.
