The Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative is a program to honor small firms that have overcome external and internal challenges. Profiles of the six 1999 winners are presented. They include Findett Corp, East Coast Petroleum Corp, Toledo Metal Spinning Co, United Bank of Philadelphia, B&J Machine & Tool Inc and Old Biscayne Designs.
