The Commonwealth bank (CBA) and St George bank are catering to borrowers who don't fit the standard bank lending criteria, thus with this the non-conforming lending markets have moved into the mainstream. Some of the main operators are getting involved with the non-conforming lending markets and their mortgage rates are as high as 12% since 1997.
