Networking and growth of young technology-intensive ventures in China
Article Abstract:
Networking with outside organizations provide new ventures with stronger resources, allowing for more favorable competition in the marketplace. Three of six Chinese entrepreneurial companies studied were high-growth and reported a greater intensity and range of networking with external organizations than the three low-growth entrepreneurial firms.

The questions we ask and the questions we care about: reformulating some problems in entrepreneurship research
Article Abstract:
The obsession of dividing the world into entrepreneurs and nonentrepreneours needs to be shed and focus should be on the categories within entrepreneurs. The barriers to entrepreneurship, reformulation and entrepreneurship as design are analyzed.

Seminar on research perspectives in entrepreneurship (1997)
Article Abstract:
A seminar on entrepreneurship research held at Carnegie Mellon University in Nov 1997 is discussed. Issues addressed included the null hypothesis, markets for future goods and services, entrepreneurship as a disequilibrium phenomenon and trust.
