Selling your company
Article Abstract:
Selling a company may not be an everyday management decision for some executives and is not a worry-free task. Prospective buyers would like to know how profitable the business has been and will usually review the company's financial status some three to five years prior. As early on as this, preparations should be directed at issues that concern the value of the business.
