Article Abstract:
Smaller firms with little working capital find it difficult to comprehend the delays in payment of their bills by large corporations, which have an established system for handling bills, and payments. This often leads to disappointments and problems at the end of smaller firms. The implications of undertaking works for large corporations are discussed from the perspective of small business. Suggestions are offered to avoid cash crisis in such a situation.

The workplace safety requirements according to the government standards are causing many small businesses to shut shop. But the employer associations have taken up the cause to train the business owners about the regulations and the amendments from time to time, which makes the workplaces safer and also reduces the employee insurance premiums.
