Peculiarities of managing a company in crisis

The functioning and behavior of the company in the state of crisis differs from one that is present during a period of planned growth as the techniques and methods used by management need to be different. The crisis management follows two different basic objectives that are stopping adverse trends and handling the crisis, and reaching a turning point and ensuing the foundations for new development.
