Quality management research approaches should be tailored to appropriately address project questions, design and justification. Methodologies include interpretivism, positivism and eclecticism. While interpretivism focuses on individual perception and positivism on objectivity, eclecticism stresses that no single paradigm can incorporate all parameters of research.
