Company directors are expected to take more responsibility for risk management following the $180-million options trading disaster at National Australia Bank (NAB), which has jolted Australia's business community. Banks and financial service companies are in the process of reviewing their risk-management processes and the boards of various companies are proposed to decide on an acceptable financial risk level.
