Larissa Vakulina, a Russian engineer-economist, has built Expo-Trade, a 20 million dollars export business but the unadventurous attitude and timidity of Australian banks and suppliers is preventing others from exporting their supplies to a rapidly changing Russia. She further says that there is a big market for mining equipments as Siberian mines are all private and needs modern technology but the Australians do not trust Russians.
