The SBA's CAPLine program, initiated in Jul 1994, to provides long-term, asset-based financing. Companies that can benefit from such financing, such as manufacturers and wholesalers, obtain the loan from a local bank, but the SBA guarantees 75% of the loan, up to $750,000.
