Self-organizing processes in top management teams: a Boolean comparative approach
Article Abstract:
An integrative model of self-organizing processes in top management teams is derived based on various research traditions. The model utilizes the logic of process theory wherein independent conditions are considered necessary conditions, and independent variables are treated as a final condition. Boolean comparison is also used as a method to test process theories based on qualitative evidence from case studies.
