Solutions Focus and reorganization: restructuring at Freescale Semiconductor
Article Abstract:
Reorganization is a complicated process, especially for a manufacturing plant that operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The Freescale Semiconductor plant in Scotland resorted to management consulting firm Solutions Focus' approach, derived from the concept of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to help carry out the restructuring process. Using the Solution Focus methods and the results from it are discussed.

Organisational transactional analysis in the workplace
Article Abstract:

Two theoretical models regarding communication and transactional analysis are presented, and the application of these models were described in a case study.
