Successful management methodologies for achieving co-worker health in a large organization
Article Abstract:
The rise of employees filing for sick l eave has negative implications on an organization's market competency, and leadership has an impact on competitive advantage and employee health. A case study on a large Swedish bank and how it was able to successfully employ management methods to improve co-worker health and profitability is given.

Using kaizen events for back office processes: The recruitment of frontline supervisor co-ops
Article Abstract:
The effectiveness of the application of kaizen event methodology to the problem of recruiting interns to serve as front-line supervisors in a manufacturing environment is examined. The results show the effectiveness of the technique for back office problems and also provide some ideas to help ensure success with the technique.
