Article Abstract:
The market for the telecommunications equipment industry has changed as the Internet, new technologies, fewer global regulatory barriers and the trend to privatization has transformed its customer base among carriers. Telecommunications equipment industry
Article Abstract:
The telecommunications equipment industry as an entity and most of the individual companies that are in this category are highly ranked both for economic performance and as investment sources despite their stock market ups and downs since January, 1997. Value Line ranks the industry higher than 87 of the 94 industries evaluated. However, due to the dramatic price action changes that have been occurring, only aggressive and well-diversified investors should become involved with the industry's securities.
