The IT advantage is not easy to gauge; technology providers will have to spell out how their products can improve a company's performance
Article Abstract:
A survey of Australian CEOs shows that only 13% are satisfied with their information technology systems. Of the 213 surveyed, 24% are dissatisfied. The CEO recognize the importance of automated information, but are still undecided about the investment they should make in technology. Companies need, also, to determine how they can enhance their data fully so that they can target the right products for the right customers.

Australian Infrastucture Fund, Infratil, AGL and Infrastructure Trust of Australia are among the hardest hit. The prospects of the sector are analyzed.
