Article Abstract:
Although oil stocks appear to be picking up slightly, most oil analysts remain bearish. However, Smith Barney's Ken Miller is very bullish on the oil industry. Miller believes oil companies should step up their drilling, because drilling costs have fallen and because many companies have built up their cash reserves. Two oil service firms that Miller favors are Schlumberger and Halliburton. Other oil service firms that investors should watch include Hughes Tool, Western Co. of North America, and Service Fracturing.
