Frank Lowy, the shopping center magnate, is worth $2.6 billion. Richard Pratt, a paper manufacturer and investor, is worth $2.4 billion. David Hains, an investment banker, is worth $1.27 billion. Gerry Harvey, a homewares/computer retailer and property investor, is worth $1 billion.
