Adoption and persistence of TQM programmmes - Case studies of five New Zealand organizations
Article Abstract:
The factors influencing the success and continuity of Total Quality Management (TQM) programmes in five organizations in New Zealand are examined. Compulsions for change, core philosophy, commitment of senior management, and capability and experience of TQM champion, are some of the factors that influence persistence of quality programmes.

An analysis of b2b relationship quality among Iranian managers: a comparison between Iranian managers and English managers
Article Abstract:
The characteristics of relationship quality in business-to-business setting and how these vary between different countries are studied. Profit, followed by trust and power, is the most important relationship quality attribute and are of higher importance for Iranian managers compared to UK managers. Other differences are discussed.
