The relative importance of project success dimensions
Article Abstract:
A multidimensional approach can be employed to evaluate the success of defense projects. The dimensions involved are the benefits to the customers, benefits to the developing group, meeting design goals, and the benefits to the defense and national infrastructure. An analysis of 110 Israeli defense projects was found out that the most vital dimension of success is the benefits to the customer because of the focus given to the end-user. Meeting design goals is the second most important dimension since it provides the framework for action.

The Rework cycle: benchmarks for the project manager
Article Abstract:
Practical suggestions and guidelines in usingthe rework cycle are offered for managers of development projects. The rework cycle, which shows project work flows in which there are multiple cycles of rework, represents the majority of development project expenditures and time. The range of quality and rework in different projects, how to monitor quality as well as the rework discovery time and how to turn these measures into more accurate assessments of the progress of a project are also provided.
