Candie's will post news articles and music reviews from Rolling Stone's Web site on its own site, Candies.com, which it hopes to turn into a portal site for young women. In exchange, Candie's will continue advertising in Rolling Stone magazine and start advertising on its site, RollingStone.com.

Federated Stores reports 17% drop in quarterly profit

Federated Department Stores reported a 17% drop in third quarter net income due to the retirement of debt.
