What Makes a Partnership Work?
Article Abstract:
Successful partnerships are not exclusively measured by the numbers on a balance sheet - if partners cannot work together even the most successful business can crumble. The main ingredient to a successful partnership is communciation - partnerships are often like marriages, and the things which make marriages work also make partnerships succeed. People are different and the differences they bring to their partnerships can be a point of conflict if the partners cannot accept the differences in each other. Partners must have trust, respect, affection, and confidence in each other for the business to succeed. A partnership agreement, in writing or not, should be conceived prior to beginning a partnership. Partners can also be social friends as well as partners, as long as one relationship does not interfere with the other. This sometimes happens when spouses become partners.

These stores take all kinds of back treatments - from surgical supplies to exercise equipment, and provide them all in one location. These stores must be very cautious to avoid criticism from the medical community, and some (like the Back Store in Kentucky) provide seminars on back care conducted by experts. The increase in the number of back stores has also opened up opportunities for investors who have developed many of the products sold by these stores.
