What is action learning?
Article Abstract:
One way to develop people so that they can be responsible for their own learning is through a flexible framework of action learning. The simple framework requires a small, self-managed learning group of up to six people to meet on a regular basis to learn from each other's experiences and to be given the opportunity to solve their problems with support and advice from the group. The principles of action learning are described.
